1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BlessnBuy platform — including our website, mobile application, and all related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BlessnBuy Pvt. Ltd.

2 User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create a BlessnBuy account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at security@blessnbuy.com if you suspect unauthorized access. BlessnBuy reserves the right to terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.

3 Product Listings & Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, BlessnBuy does not guarantee that content is error-free. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices due to typographical or system errors. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.

4 Intellectual Property

All content on BlessnBuy — including logos, text, graphics, images, UI design, and software — is the intellectual property of BlessnBuy or its licensors, protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

5 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its servers
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Harvesting, scraping, or collecting personal information of other users
• Posting false, misleading, fraudulent, or defamatory content or reviews
• Engaging in price manipulation, bid rigging, or fraudulent transaction activities
• Impersonating any person, entity, or BlessnBuy representative

6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlessnBuy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

7 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal remedies.

8 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. We will notify registered users via email for material changes. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
