Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak sale seasons, processing may take up to 3–4 business days.

Domestic Shipping Options

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Track your shipment in real-time on our website under Track My Order, or directly on the carrier's website. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Shipping Restrictions

• Oversized or heavy items (above 2kgs) may incur additional freight charges
• Deliveries to remote areas may take 2–3 additional business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please first check with neighbors, building security, or household members. If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will investigate and, upon confirmation of loss, reship your order or issue a full refund.
